How do I register for Summer @ PDS?

We are now using UltraCamp for summer registration. You will need to create an account on UltraCamp that is separate from your PDS account.

Create your UltraCamp Account here.

UltraCamp: I am not seeing the right camps for my camper’s grade level.

Login to UltraCamp and click the menu icon (three horizontal lines). Select “My Account” then “Overview.”

Scroll down to your child’s name and click on it. From there, you can click on edit my bio information and you will be able to select the grade from a dropdown menu.

Choose the grade your child will be in as of Fall 2026.

UltraCamp: How do I cancel a camp?

At the “My Reservations” page, you will be able to click on the camp name. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, and click “Cancel Reservation.” Please note that you will not be refunded the $25 non-refundable deposit fee.

UltraCamp: How do I add, change, or cancel Extended Care?
At the “My Reservations” page, you will be able to click on the camp name. Scroll to the “Options” section, and you will see an “Edit” button. Click that button to make your changes.
UltraCamp says that my camper isn’t eligible for a camp.

Double-check that your camper is not registered for a camp at the same time. If you are registered for a morning of Camp PDS, your camper becomes ineligible for the Specialty Camp happening at the same time.

To fix this, cancel the current reservation, and indicate “Switching” under reasons. This will help us know to waive your $25 fee. Then, you should be able to make the correct new reservation.

No refunds will be issued for campers who are asked to withdraw.
