No one knows boys better.

No one knows boys better.

At Presbyterian Day School, we know how to teach boys,
reach them, and channel their energies in positive
and productive ways.

After over

70

years of teaching

Memphis boys,

here's what we know:

They delight in getting their hands dirty.

They can't always sit still. (That's okay).

And their minds sometimes wander. (That’s okay too).

At PDS, we know a better way to reach a budding explorer, scientist, or chef. We let them move, pepper us with questions, and think out loud.

This isn’t just a boys’ school. It’s a school built for boys – and all the ways they learn, grow, and do.

Two-year-olds through sixth graders learn how to channel their natural energy into becoming better thinkers, problem solvers, and citizens. Our little guys get a solid foundation of godly values and mind-opening academics in a boy-friendly environment to build them into men who find ways to better the world.

That’s why each gets his own customized education plan and the support of our staff of learning specialists.

Boys are loud and messy and can't sit still. And that's completely okay. We're experts at directing that energy.

Our character education program, Building Boys, Making Men, is integrated into every corner of our campus.

Macbooks, Mandarin, Design Thinking, and Maker’s Club. Even our littlest guys are learning to code.
