In the event of a cancellation, your card will not be charged for the remaining camp balance.

If a camper wishes to switch camps, provided space is available, he or she may do so with no additional cost. If the cost is greater than the original registration, the difference will be due the week prior to camp. If the cost is less than the original registration, you will be refunded the difference.

If registration is deemed to be insufficient one week prior to the first day of camp, PDS reserves the right to cancel that camp and refund your payment in full. Unfortunately, PDS is unable to prorate a camp fee for any day(s) your child may miss. Except in cases of illness or emergency that is disclosed to PDS prior to the start of a camp, refunds will not be given after a camp begins.

If you have created an UltraCamp account, you will be able to register when registration. Until then, all sessions are password-protected and are NOT accessible. If you believe that you should be able to register, please search your email for a password. If you have not recieved one, please reach out to the Summer Team.

How do I register for Summer @ PDS?

We are now using UltraCamp for summer registration. You will need to create an account on UltraCamp that is separate from your PDS account.

Create your UltraCamp Account here.

UltraCamp: I am not seeing the right camps for my camper’s grade level.

Login to UltraCamp and click the menu icon (three horizontal lines). Select “My Account” then “Overview.”

Scroll down to your child’s name and click on it. From there, you can click on edit my bio information and you will be able to select the grade from a dropdown menu.

Choose the grade your child will be in as of Fall 2024.

UltraCamp: How do I cancel a camp?

At the “My Reservations” page, you will be able to click on the camp name. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page, and click “Cancel Reservation.” Please note that you will not be refunded the $25 non-refundable deposit fee.

UltraCamp: How do I add, change, or cancel Extended Care?
At the “My Reservations” page, you will be able to click on the camp name. Scroll to the “Options” section, and you will see an “Edit” button. Click that button to make your changes.
UltraCamp says that my camper isn’t eligible for a camp.

Double-check that your camper is not registered for a camp at the same time. If you are registered for a morning of Camp PDS, your camper becomes ineligible for the specialty camp happening at the same time.

To fix this, cancel the current reservation, and indicate “Switching” under reasons. This will help us know to waive your $25 fee. Then, you should be able to make the correct new reservation.

If you are still experiencing issues, please email us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..

UltraCamp: The grade my child is enrolled in is not an option. What do I select?

You should see "Print a Statement" as the middle option on that page. Once you expand that section, you can print your 2023 statement.

Summer Camps: The Fine Print

Admission

All grades listed are for the 2023-2024 school year. Admission is granted to qualified campers in the order in which our database receives your registration. Registration will remain open online until a week prior to the first day of camp unless a registration deadline is specifically stated. Many classes fill up, so we encourage you to enroll early.

Should a camp be full, please join the Waiting List, and we will be in touch if a spot opens up. You may register for another camp or join multiple Waiting Lists for the same weeks.

Campers must be 2 years of age by June 1st, 2023. All campers, PK and above, attending Specialty Camps must be potty-trained.

Summer for YK

Day Camp is open to campers who will be 2 years of age by June 1, 2023. Camp PDS has five full-day, five half-day, and three full-day options. 2-year-old, or Young Knight (YK), campers are not required to be potty-trained.

We have also extended our JumpStart offerings down to Young Knights.  Boys who are enrolled in YK at PDS for the 2023-2024 school year may attend the “Yay for YK” JumpStart camp. This camp helps boys get a jump start on the next school year by introducing them to teachers and classmates, getting them excited about classroom learning, and familiarizing them with the PDS campus.

Registration

All registrations will be processed online via UltraCamp, and a confirmation email will be sent to you when you have correctly completed the registration process.

Payment

Payment in full is due one week prior to the first day of camp. A non-refundable $25 per camp deposit is due at registration.

Extended Care does not require a deposit; payment is due one week prior to the first day of the week. Drop-Ins do not require a deposit; payment is due at the end of the week.

Registrants may elect to pay their total camp balance at the time of registration. If so, any cancellations will result in a refund less the $25 deposit.
