All grades are listed as for the 2019–2020 school year. PK campers must be 3 years of age by June 1st, 2019. All campers must be potty trained. Admission is granted to qualified campers in the order in which our database receives your registration. Registration will remain open online until a week prior to the first day of camp unless a registration deadline is specifically stated. Many classes fill up, so we encourage you to enroll early.
Current PDS students will be billed on their PDS student account until May 16th. After this point, payment will be due at the time of registration for each camp. For campers not enrolled at PDS, select the pay by credit card option to enroll in camp.
If you need to cancel your reservation, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund.
If, one week prior to the first day of camp, registration is deemed to be insufficient, PDS reserves the right to cancel that camp. If this were to occur, your payment would be refunded in full. Except in the cases of illness or emergency that are disclosed to PDS prior to the start of a camp, refunds will not be given after a camp begins.
Unfortunately, PDS is unable to prorate a camp fee for any day(s) your child may miss.
Drop-Off and Dismissal Locations
- If a camper is attending a camp held in the Early Childhood building, drop-off and dismissal will be at the Early Childhood entrance or playground.
- If a camper attends a camp held in the Elementary building or in the gym, drop-off and dismissal will be at the main school entrance.
Appropriate entrances will be signposted.
For the safety and security of all participants, campers who arrive prior to 10 minutes before the start of camp, will be taken to Before Camp Care and charged the $30 fee for the week. Campers who have not been picked up by 10 minutes after their camp session ends, will be escorted to After Camp Care and charged a $25 drop-in fee.
Before and After Camp Care
Before Camp Care is available to registered campers from 7:30–9:00 AM for an additional charge of $30 per week. Campers must be registered for a full day camp or morning half day camp to attend.
After Camp Care is available to registered campers from 3:00–5:30 PM for an additional charge of $60 per week. Campers must be registered for a full day camp or afternoon half day camp to attend. Campers picked up past 5:30 will be charged a $25 late fee. After 5:35, an additional late fee of $5 per minute will apply.
Payment is due at time of registration. Drop-off and pick-up is located at the main school entrance.
There is no before or after camp care available for camps off of the PDS campus.

Summer Programs Sibling Discounts
- For two or more siblings enrolled in full day camps of the same week, each sibling will receive $40 off.
- For two or more siblings enrolled in half day camps of the same week, each sibling will receive $20 off.
- If one sibling is enrolled in a full day camp and one in a half day camp of the same week, you would receive one $40 discount and one $20 discount.
Discounts are applied at time of registration.
Camp PDS & Half Day Camp Crossover
JK–3rd grade campers attending half day camps the same week of Camp PDS may enroll half day for Camp PDS for an additional fee of $85 per week. Campers will be transitioned between camps.
Extended Day for PK Campers
For PK campers enrolled in morning half day camps, we are offering extended care until 3pm. Campers will eat their packed lunch and have a rest period followed by play on the playground or in the gym. Campers should bring a blanket or mat cover for rest period. The fee is $85 per week.

Lunch and Drinks
Students attending a full day camp or two half day sessions will need to bring a sack lunch each day. Snacks and water will be provided.
It is expected that every camper attending PDS Summer Camp follow school procedures and standards of behavior. Consideration of others in thought and action is expected. PDS reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any camper who poses a discipline problem or a disruption to the learning process. No refunds will be issued for campers who are asked to withdraw.
T-shirt, shorts, socks and athletic shoes are most appropriate. Sandals are allowed, but athletic shoes are required for gym and field activities.
