Admission is granted to qualified students in the order in which our database receives your registration. Registration will remain open online until a week prior to the first day of camp unless a registration deadline is specifically stated. Many classes fill up, so we encourage you to enroll early.
All registrations will be processed online at pdsmemphis.org/summer, and a confirmation email will be sent to you when you have correctly completed the registration process.
Payment for each class is due up front at the time of registration. If, at any time, you need to cancel your reservation, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied to your refund. If, one week prior to the first day of a camp, registration is deemed to be insufficient, PDS reserves the right to cancel that camp. If this were to occur, your payment would be refunded in full. Unfortunately, PDS is unable to prorate a camp fee for any day(s) your child may miss.
A sibling discount is available when registering multiple children during the same week of camp:
- Additional FULL-DAY Camp Registration: $40 off per camper
- Additional HALF-DAY Camp Registration: $20 off per camper
This discount is automatically applied on Group/Family registrations.
Drop-Off and Dismissal Locations
If a camper is attending a camp held in the Early Childhood building, drop-off and dismissal will be at the Early Childhood entrance. If a camper attends a class held in the Elementary building or in the gym, drop-off and dismissal will be the main school lobby. Appropriate entrances will be signposted.
Early Drop-Off/Late Pick-Up

Early/Late Policy and Fees
Camps open 10 minutes before their start time. If campers show up more than 10 minutes before camp, they will be billed for early care for the week which is $30 per camper.
Our pickup window is 10 minutes after camp. If campers are not picked up by 10 minutes after dismissal, they will drop in to after camp care for the day for a fee of $25. We do not have after camp care for noon dismissals. Unfortunately, have no place for these campers to go (no supervision) therefore, they need to be picked up by 12:10. If campers are not picked up by 12:10, they will receive a $25 late fee. Every additional 10 minutes will result in an additional $25 charge. ex.(12:20 = $50 charge, 12:30 = $75 charge).
Lunch and Drinks
Students attending a full day camp will need to bring a sack lunch each day. Drinks will be provided.
It is expected that every student attending PDS Summer Camp follow school procedures and standards of behavior. Consideration of others in thought and action is expected. PDS reserves the right to require the withdrawal of any student who poses a discipline problem or a disruption to the learning process. No refunds will be issued for students who are asked to withdraw.
T-shirt, shorts, socks, and athletic shoes are most appropriate. Sandals are allowed, but athletic shoes are required for gym and field activities.
