In this after school adventure the boys will stretch, strengthen, and energize their bodies and minds! We will be practicing mindfulness, yoga movements, relaxation, creative arts, story telling, and journaling!
The boys will explore character education and values such as confidence, gratitude, healthy living, and respect! Each week will have different themes and activities. Benefits include flexibility, strength, body awareness, balance, coordination, attention and behavioral regulation, cognitive skills, language development, social skills and so much more!
